Cedric, co-founder of ReCraft in Manila, still considers himself one of the new kids on the block in his hometown’s ever-evolving cocktail scene despite having been in the industry for a decade.
He recalls spending his younger years chasing titles and accolades, but over a decade later, his perspective has changed. These days, he’s more interested in chasing feelings — the moments, connections, and experiences that make hospitality meaningful. Still going strong, Cedric is driven by a passion for helping shape and inspire the next generation of bartenders in the Philippines.
