Created by Ning of BKK Social Club in Bangkok, the Smoked Lychee is more than a blend of flavors – it's a tribute to the femininity, creativity, and individuality of women everywhere. The cocktail reveals delicate floral notes, gentle fruitiness, and a subtle woody fragrance that lingers gracefully.

Bold yet graceful, complex yet harmonious, it embodies strength expressed with elegance, and individuality celebrated without compromise.

Ingredients:

35ml Mezcal

15ml Lychee liqueur

10ml Acid blend solution*

10ml Suze

5ml Rich Syrup

3 dashes Saline solution (5%)

Add all ingredients in mixing glass, stir with ice until chilled. Served over ice in a rocks glass, it maintains a refined strength while allowing its nuanced character to unfold slowly with each sip.

*Make the Acid blend solution

30g Citric acid powder

20g Malic acid powder

10g Tartaric acid powder

2.8g Baking soda

1000ml Water

5-6 peels of lemon

Mixed the acids together, dissolve in water, express the lemon peel oil and drop the peel in. Then put in the baking soda. Leave it overnight and strain.
